The Future of the Movie Marvelverse

[Skinwalker]

Wow.
When does Wolverine get released in there?

Also find it funny that the Hulk redo is going completely under the radar. Just won't stand out between Iron Man and TDK.

[Misfits923]

They're doing a Thor movie! Rock on! Quick, someone tell Trevor!

[Mega Ranger]

*RECEIVES CALL*

THOR?!?! A-YEAH! Rock on with the Lord of Asgard! Here's hoping we get some Asgard heavy action before moving to Midgar. Jude Law for Loki!

As for Avengers.... Gag me on Ant Man & The Wasp. Those two just Yell at each other until they start hitting each other. Loser characters all around. Fill Thier slots with Luke Cage * Iron Fist! (Just being Random)

I'd be willing to place serious cash monies that they're at least talking to Tobey Maguire and Hugh Jackman for Avengers.

Actually, I'd bet good money they aren't. While it'd be cool for the fans, Tobey and Hugh will pull in the kind of money that Avengers will pull in on their own. To have them be a part of the Avengers means less money for the studios and more money spent on a single film.

Why earn 200 mil from the Avengers when you can earn 200 mil from the Avengers, 200 mil from Wolverine and 200 from another Spidey flick?

Eh Tobey and Hugh are in love with the characters and their was an interview with Tobey a while ago where he said if asked he would love to appear in a an Avengers movie. I think he meant cameo wise but that is still badass.

[Sentaifan'07 Xman]

Sweet.

Can't wait for Thor, I hope it's Triple H as the Viking God of Thunder.

[SaikoDragon]

There is no other spider-man beyond Tobey. =_= You know it!

[MattComix]

Eh. I mean I liked Tobey for the most part but there's something about movie Peter/Spidey that always feels a bit incomplete to me. Tobey is great for being a sympathetic Peter Parker no doubt, but the movie version is near totally void of that lovable wiseass side that he has and that really comes out when he's Spider-Man. I think that's one reason, among many that I'm digging on Spectacular Spider-Man. That show is a full force blast and I love how it's taking it's cues from Lee/Ditko era Spidey.

For a movie line-up of the Avengers I'd want something just a touch more classical.

Cap, Thor, Iron Man, Hawkeye, Wasp, Black Widow, Giant Man, Vision, and T'Challa would be a good mix IMO.

[Ragna "D" BloodEdge]

And Ms. Marvel.

Read about this before I went to work, but cool news none the less. But isn't the Wolverine movie being done by Fox and doesn't Sony still own the rights for Spider-man. It would be cool seeing them in a cameo in the Avenger movie but it be kinda hard to get them in as their characters
