The Black Lantern Rings came with Blackest Night #1. THe Hal Jordan action figures DC has out now have five different color variants of him, each with its own ring of the same color.

Although the SDCC Hal figures are EXTREMELY limited. Green Hal is limited to 3000 and each of the other color is limited to 1500.
