FIXED! Nope! There are other Japanese movies with Americans in it.
Manatsu no Orion of Toho for example has 2 or more Americans in it.

BTW, Manatsu no Orion is quite a movie with a load of Toku dudes like
-Masaya Kikawada aka Takeshi Hongo/Kamen Rider 1go of Kamen Rider The First, The Next and a cameo in one episode of Kamen Rider Kabuto.
-Kimito Totani aka Daiki Kaitou/Kamen Rider Diend of Kamen Rider Decade
