I'm rewatching the series in glorious HD and I'm on season 2. This was such an amazing series.

SO was there an actual reason for cancelling the show besides "Good shows get cancelled all the time" by Fox or was it a ratings thing?.

The show opened mid-season with a shortened run of nine episodes, January through March 2008. It was the highest-rated new scripted series of the 2007-08 television season and was renewed for a second season, which began on September 8, 2008, and ended April 10, 2009. On May 18, 2009, despite fan efforts, Fox entertainment president Kevin Reilly announced Fox would not renew the show for a third season. Bear McCreary (series composer) said "At the last spotting session, I begged Josh Friedman (series creator) for the answers to these questions, and he told me enough that I know season 3 would have been our best." This show deserved to live, but I think they let Dollhouse survive because of the Joss Whedon connection. Terminator deserved it more. I'm REALLY going to miss seeing Cameron in all her hot as **** outfits.

It was definitely a ratings thing. Didn't help that they moved it to Fridays for the second season, but even in the first ratings fell suprisingly fast.

I ask myself this same question. I still need to finish up the last 5 or so episodes, I heard Summer Glau joins the cast or some ****?.

Agreed. This series could have gone on for awhile with some quality stories. As for Cameron... my lawwd.

To have her, Lena Headey, The blonde (Riley/John's gf in Season 2), and Stephanie Jacobsen (Melrose Place/Derek Reese's gf from the future) all on the same show is just too much sexy poon at one time.

The CGI is good for a tv show, I love seeing the T-888's killing people.

Was it ever stated what model Cameron was?.
