1989 was the start of the heisei era. and most young actors are born after that year. in Japan it seems to be a trend for letting young teenagers to play in drama's of high quality's these days.
and it seems that toei is doing the same thing with Kamen Rider and Super Sentai.
this begun in 2007 with kamen rider den-o Takeru sato was the first actor that was actualy born in the heisei era.
this year you got three from go-onger.
Rina Aizawa
Masahiro Usui and Yumi Sugimoto. excluding Kiva because Koji was born in 1988. but including Kouhei Kumai
the third den-o movie. Dori Sakurada
and now Inoue Masahiro who play's Tsukasa in decade who's pretty much born in the same year as Takeru does. who both will turn 20 this year.
don't know about the cast of shinkenger because those people isn't confirmed yet.
My point is that in the future we'll getting more younger actors and most of them will be teenagers.
now you might think that all of those guys will end up having a face that looks like a girl.
but honestly? that's not true and i'm saying this because i have seen allot of actors who looks girly and most of them are older than 21. their age diffrence does not make them un masculine. it's just how their face is and they cannot change taht unless you want them to do plastic surgery. Excluding Takeru sato's face because honestly the only way how he look like an girl was mainly his character annoyed allot of people and non of you thought he was like that when the promo came and in real life isn't like that. excluding Kubota Masataka (keita) pretty much for the same reasons but he's born in 1988.
I'm not making this thread to piss you all off i'm just telling that young teenage actors that might come in tokusatsu shows in future will probably not have girly face like now. and the reason why i'm saying this because i have noticed that some of you are worried about this, by reading some of your comments. but don't worry not all teenagers looks like the guys we have now.
that and i think we need to prepare our self that their will be teenagers playing the heroes in the future and i got the feeling that some of you are not prepared for that.
