It's a matter of copyright and having (or in this case, NOT having) permission to re-broadcast things. By putting clips and full eps of Hello! Morning on YouTube, people are re-broadcasting them without permission of UFW/UFA, who, in the end, make all the decisions. H!P itself doesn't really have anything to do with how and/or when it's shows/concerts/TV appearances are broadcast. That's all up to UFW/UFA. It's all just about what is and what is not legally permitted.
