There;s a Stargirl. Oh my! I have been living under a rock! I have never heard of this series. Actually I don't know very much about the shows that are on the CW. I did check a published list of "best shows to watch on CW" and "Stargirl" was not on the list.

Star Girl is based from the writer's late sister. His sister died of Cancer so he decided to write her as a superhero. She uses a magic staff, This staff is the same spear used by a Roman soldier to stab Jesus while he is crucified, giving her spear powers. The Writer coped with his sister's death by writing her into a superhero. The show was good because the writer is the show runner. He doesn't want the memories of his late sister to be bastardized.

I feel bad to see this ending as I love this web series and would have loved to see it continue at least for a few more seasons but since they have decided to conclude, we need to move on but thanks for the memories.

I was expecting more seasons !! Never in my wildest imagination have I thought of the series ending this way.

Shorter series with an ending is better than long series that got canceled before final season.
