You might have been wondering, but it’s now confirmed true: The CW’s Stargirl is currently running through what will be its last season. According to executive producer Geoff Johns, they were aware of this fact months ago and tailored the show to have a definitive ending. Hopefully that means Cindy Burman will finally get her act together.
“Stargirl has always held a special place in my heart for many reasons,” Johns said in a statement. He’s not kidding — he created Courtney Whitmore in 1999 after the death of his sister in a plane crash, and based the superhero in her memory. With all the brewing changes at the network, we were aware this was possibly the last season,” he shared, “so we wrote with that in mind and have delivered what I believe to be the best season of Stargirl yet, with complete creative closure.”
“I am grateful to WBTV and The CW for giving us a home to tell this story and...

I am so disappointed, I want this to at least have 5 seasons.

I am gonna miss Stargirl because it is one of the well made DC super hero shows. I am sad it is ending but it is better to have a rushed ending than having no ending at all just like Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman that got cancelled in cliffhangers.

I think the next series they will finish after this is Superman and Lois.
The fact that Henry Cavill is back is a strong indication in that direction, and they do not want a TV version to compete with the film version

Stargirl, She might make her film debut after Stargirl's television run concludes. This show wasn't really going anywhere, despite the fact that I did adore it. The show's quality and storytelling significantly declined after Season 1. Having binge-watched Season 2, I have yet to view Season 3, but I seriously doubt it will be any better. Again, it's a shame because Season 1 was fantastic and there is definitely potential there.Brec Bassinger will still be remembered as possibly one of the best casting decisions ever made for a CW production. Additionally, Stargirl deserves a lot of credit for reintroducing the JSA to a wider audience. She ought to simply be incorporated into the new DCU, in my opinion.

I am sad that Stargirl is ending because it is much better than Titans and Miss Marvel. At least we are going to have series finale despite the problems that the Discovery and Warner caused. We got better scenario than fans of Batgirl. James Gunn moving to DC means the Television division is rebooting because we will finally have DC shows connected with the movies.

Brec Bassinger is someone I adore, but the damage was already done. She deserves more work, I hope, as her performance inspired me to start reading Stargirl and the Justice Society of America. She will at least get to complete this show. Bella and the Bulldogs, her prior program, was canceled. She now has a show with a lasting legacy.

Stargirl is based from the dead sister of the character creator. His sister died and he used her name and personality then turn her into a superhero as a tribute. One of the rare instance where the comics writer becomes the show runner of the adaption. Gonna miss this show.

Stargirl fans, It is not that bad that your favorite show is ending. Think about the fans of Legends of Tomorrow. They will be haunted by the cancellation of the last season until the end of time. You guys will get a conclusion to the story.

I'll be honest: I'll miss this show. I'm glad I tried it because it was way superior than what I expected before the first season's game was released. Having said that, I genuinely hope we complete all of the CW programs so that we may take a break. The last remaining series is Superman & Lois (the others, I'm quite sure, aren't happening), and I've read that it may end after season 3.

I'm looking forward to some new live-action DC shows, even if they aren't directly related to the films and instead incorporate components of the DC Universe that could make for a fascinating tale. Now I worry about Doom Patrol and titans.

Before MCU got strong, remember all Marvel Shows of Kevin Feige got canceled. I am sure dc can recover.
