The episode was.....OK.
Didn't really get that good until Pt. 3 They wasted Waaaay too much time on the whole Cartman part....I mean seriously how long are they gonna keep building up to Cartman coming out of the closet? The butters picture episode last season and then 3 episodes of him trying to get head from Kyle who he claims to hate and then almost has a heart attack trying to save him after he flat-lines and went into San Fran to rescue 2 seasons ago. Just have Cartman come out of the closet and admit he loves Kyle already.
