I think I've figured it out now. Sony are basically trying to make us go "WTF?!!!" by doing all this crap (from making ridiculous claims about their console such as "4D Graphics" and crap, to the thing where they'd pay wallets of monney to anyone who finds a PS3 that has been on the shelves for more than 24 hours, to killing off Lik Sang and stopping British people from buying Japanese import PS3's and letting America get away with it, to the PlayStation 3 riot, to the PSP kid rapping about wanting a PSP for Christmas, to now this), all just for the sake of their console getting more attention and getting more people talking about the PlayStation 3.
Well if this is surposed to encourage more people to buy the damn thing then, I don't know about everybody else but I don't give a crap if people are rioting after it or if it has a built in Blu Ray player (that I don't need anyway), I sure ain't wasting £400 (yes four hundred fricken pounds) on a bulky overweight door stand.
*Picks up Dreamcast pad and continues playing Shenmue and Marvel VS Capcom.*

I think they really need to fix the shortages in their sales ^_^
I want a PS3 even though there's all this commotion about it.
I've been a Sony fan ever since my Opa (german Grandpa) got the original Playstation. So I honestly think these problems are just emphasized dramatizations about the problems. I can guarantee if I were to get a PS3 I wouldn't have a problem with it.
