I like how the brought back some of the sidescroller stuff like in the good ol' days. Now we wait to see what kind of annoying yet incredibly catchy theme song will be added in, what kind of cheesy story we'll see, and what crappy Sonic re-color characters we will see :shakefist

A few friends and I saw this while browsing /v/ yesterday. The first thought that came to mind was how SSB Brawl was the best thing to happen to Sonic since Sonic Adventure 2. Maybe Sega has finally started taking the criticism to heart, and maybe this will be a really great game.

Only time will tell...

Originally, I thought this was the new Bioware one for the DS but then I got the impression from the article that SEGA was making a new one for consoles. Either way, damn if that hasn't got me all excited.

Until the incredibly cheesy story, "realistic" Robotnik, and Sonic recolors show up :laugh: Well I wont complain if I see Manic instead of Shadow or that Silver guy.
