So... Ban Ban Knows Gun-Kata?

Anyone ever notice that Ban's gunslinging is directly lifted from the movie, Equilibrium?

And Tetsu's Unit.. their training reminded me a lot of what the Grammaton Knights (I think that was their name)

Yeah. Didn't like it.

One good thing about Ban though is (unlike the slightly less intelligent Christian Bale), he doesnt just stand completely stationary while he shoots. He's always jumping around like a bionic monkey on crack so it's funner to watch.

Equilibrium gets my definate seal of approval. I loved it, although it wasn't incredible.. the action was above par and I think The Matrix movies could've really learned a lesson from these guys.

The thing that makes me hate Equilibrium so much is Taye Diggs smiling through 70% of the movie.

I thought Ban's gunplay seemed kinda reminiscent of Equillibrium, but it had been (and still is) a long time since I last saw that movie.

Crap...now I'm gonna have to go watch it.
