9 is my favorite. Zod is the character the show needed for a long time. He stays there while scheming and his relationship with Clark has a nice complexity until they confront each other.
It almost is like how it was when Lex was there except that it is much faster.

The christian themes totally stepped all over the series at the end by not even making any sense.
There's a lack of consistency at the end that irks me as a viewer of ten years.
It's like:
Clark [turning to Lois]: Lois-!
Lois [excited]: Yes, Clark?
Clark: It's nothing...

Chloe keeps trying to keep all secrets to herself. It's somewhat annoying when Clark needs to ask her ten times to tell him something she should have said hours ago.
What I don't like about Chloe is that Chloe keeps going back and forth with "I'm leaving for good" and "I'm back!"
Pete's been most true to leaving. We barely saw him later. Lana is plain annoying with how many times she returns.

Blame the fact that Allison Mack wasn't contracted for the whole season for Chloe's magical disappearing acts.
Pete left because Sam Jones was fired. I was honestly surprised they brought him back for a one-shot.

I think Allison Mack was fine with the idea of not being there for the final season, but it was more about doing it before the final season.I think most people wouldn't notice her walking back into the series and walking off it during the final season if she hadn't done it beforehand.
I didn't know he was fired. If he was, then that was a good way to handle it during the series development. It never gave off that vibe.
Kristin Kreuk became much more involved in the writing and planning so she tugged at it to get herself into the series. The other writers did not have a place for her, but she insisted on getting back in there, so she's in there when she gets her way.

Another solid finale. Martha is the Red Queen which came out of fucking nowhere, I guess she has so much power that even she could overthrow Checkmate in order to get that medal to avoid Clark being transported.
There was a nice twist with making the fans think Tess was Red Queen as well which was a shocked but that was obviously blown away by Martha.
Lois knows who Clark is..... here we go!.
A question, if Kara went looking for Kandor/Kandorians why has she not returned since the Kandorian clones were freed at the beginning of season 9?.
Zod ended up being a real awesome bad guy and very different from Zod in Superman II. I thought the actor did a solid job as well, infact I kinda see him as a potential future Doctor for Doctor Who, someones gotta agree with me on that.
Time for the final season. Time for the red & blue.

I never understood how any of the characters have the time of day to do everything.
All of the different characters are heads of departments, companies or organizations that require a full time job. Throw in all the superhero work, then all the different affiliates they partake in, the spying on each other because no one in this show can tell the truth and all the secret organizations that are super secret and get revealed at total random (Tess part of Checkmate).
None of these people have hobbies or something?
