Smallville - Final Season 10

To be fair, it wasn't called "Smallville" if it was about the Justice League of America.
Once Clark moved to Metropolis, the Smallville name would normally have become a Legacy Title. But in a piece of fridge brilliance, it's not, because Smallville is also Lois's nickname for Clark (although she did use it less in the later seasons, I'll admit)! :)

As for JLA, we never do see it fully form. Where are Bruce Wayne and Diana Troy? They never appeared in the show. The JLA isn't the JLA without the big 3 DC heroes - Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman.

I know Batman was kept out on purpose. Something about the rights. I'm not sure if WW was the same, or if they just never got to her.

You could tell they wanted Batman though just on the way they did Green Arrow when he showed up on the show.

Although I never understood the whole "right" things when it comes to DC when they company making the show is the same company that owns the comic company the chow is based on. Unless there's some legal thing I'm unaware of(which is likely) it should be as hard to at least get Bruce Wayne for a guest character.

I think it was because there were talks of doing a Batman tv show or something. I remember hearing about it during the 2nd or 3rd season, I think. Obviously that show never happened, sadly. And unlike Aquaman he never even got a Pilot.

Or maybe it was because of Batman Begins. That actually sounds more correct.

I never heard about that while the show was running, but I remember reading something in a Wizard magazine that there were plans for a Bruce Wayne show before they ended up doing Smallville.
