Should I start with Dark Souls or Bloodborne for my first FromSoftware game?

I've heard a lot about how both Dark Souls and Bloodborne have great world-building and challenging gameplay, but I'm not sure which one to get into first. I've played a bit of Demon's Souls and liked it, but I'm really interested in the atmosphere and themes of Bloodborne. Which game do you think would be a better starting point for a beginner, and why?

Bloodborne definitely has a more unique atmosphere with its gothic horror themes, which I found captivating, but the gameplay can be tough for newcomers since it's less forgiving than Dark Souls, so if you liked Demon's Souls, you might want to tackle Dark Souls first to ease into the FromSoftware style. The lore in both is rich, but Bloodborne really shines in its storytelling through environment and enemies.
