Sept 11 2001: I still Remember

doesn't seem like it only been four years :disappoin . I know those who lost their lives are in a better place now

I remember I was driving down the NJ turnpike and saw a bunch of cars that pulled over to the side looking towards the towers that morning, after which I turn on the radio and heard what was going on.

I remember when I saw it on the news the first time...I thought someone had made a really good, fake tape. :(
Im asshamed to say but I seriously thought the pilot were just bad at piloting the plane, till another plane just crashed through the other tower.

WOW 4 Years!! And I can remember the World Trade Center attacks like it was yesterday!! :( I remember seeing it broadcasted on BBC and ITV. It was very sad. Millions of people died at that time. I feel very sorry for those people,.

Another problem, Tetsuo Kurata (Kotaro in Kamen Rider Black)'s Birthday is on September 11th. I bet he must be having a hard time celebrating his birthday while remembering the Sept 11th attacks. Or maybe he's doing 1 first and the other later.

My cousin and other US troopers are in Afghanstains right now. They are searching for Osama Bin Ladan.

I hope my cousin and other US troopers are gonna be ok. :(

Yeah, this totally sucks. When my friends and I first heard that someone had crashed their plane into the WTC(keep in mind that this was right before gym class), we thought the guy was a dumbass and didn't know how to land the plane. When we found out what had really happened, we were shocked. I do remember that my school cancelled classes for the rest of the day due to what had happened.

It's hard to believe that's in been four years. Like many others, I lost a friend that day. She gave her life trying to save others. She was an EMT and she was struck by a piece of falling debris at Ground Zero. God Bless her and all the others that lost their lives that fateful morning.
My condolences and prayers to you,the family of your friend, and the loved ones of all who died on 9/11

That seems to be the general consensus - disbelief. I know I felt the same when my roommate woke me up at 8 am or so to tell me about that. I remember her yelling, "OMG a plane just crashed into the WTC!" My reaction was, "Eh, it survived a bomb - plane won't do anything to it" and nonchalantly went to class. I remember I was on the phone talking to a friend who was watching it live, when he shouted, the building had gone down. Well, that was shocking news in and of itself, but I forgot one thing - My mom and a friend work in that building.
Imagine my disbelief when I found out just about 10 minutes later, both buildings were down - it didn't matter I couldn't remember which building they worked in. To make a long story short, my mom WASN'T in the bulding that morning - she was at another due to a meeting but as she was walking back...when she watched it go down. O.o. My mom is fine - Thank god, but my friend, he didn't make it. He worked on the floor that the plane crashed into. Wow...it's been 4 years...NYC has done a good job of picking up the pieces and moving on...My condolences to others who lost loved ones in this tragedy.

I was at home, about to go to class, when I saw the first plane collide. I watched the rest at school. I remember classes being cancelled for the rest of that week. :(
