Are there any? Like the ones on RangerCrew except for Sentai?

In the form of Videos or Written Q & A. Don't matter.

Though what does matter is if they're translated and if it's video, subs. lol

Interviews from 1975 are welcome, 2010 interviews are welcome..and everything in between.

Though they can't be random interviews, I would assume they mostly relate to how they got into Sentai and how they like/liked it.

they do have interviews in a lot of local TV magazines, but sadly nobody scans them.
try the official TV Asahi website, they always never fail to interview their current cast members.
Goseiger's one is until GoseiYellow/Mone @ Niwa Mikiho's interview.

Oh yea! I forgot abbout Asahi's current Sentai interviews. You're right, but they're not translated. Plus when I translated them one time using google translator, they're all mix and not in order.
