Sentai/KR actors work after show ends

Popularity has nothing to do with quality, as all of us should well know given the discussions on just this board, let alone media as a whole. Girls is dreck, and its star/creator isn't exactly right in the head as her shenanigans and her own book demonstrate.

That said, I'm sure someone in a foreign country (certain ones at least) will just think it's cool to be in an out-of-country show. Personally I'd like to see Mizushima play Kabuto in a Supergirl episode: it might make that show a bit better >.>

I mean, okay, let's just completely ignore the fact that Girls is a critically acclaimed, Emmy nominated and Golden Globe winning hit series on one of America's biggest cable networks because you don't like Lena Dunham, sure. Hiro Mizushima must be SOOOO desperate to drop his standards and go from a not-so-well reviewed children's TV series and a decade's worth of TV and movie appearances in his home country to actually appear on a hit American TV series.

Also love how you specifically target Supergirl in a post blasting Girls too. It is enough to make one wonder.

Every movie or TV show that gets critical acclaim is automatically good? Seriously? I thought it was common knowledge that that was nonsense. What's that joke, anything a critic thinks is good or bad, the opposite is true?

I don't know why you're getting hung up over a comment that was made in jest, anyway.

Then why are you fighting it?

Well I for one think Girls is really funny, and I'm glad Hiro is in an episode of it. I think it's a great opportunity for him, and I hope to see him in more Western shows.

Arisa Komiya (Go Buster Yellow) became part of Love Live franchise, playing Dia Kurosawa in Love Live Sunshine.

Hideo Ishigoro who played Kai in Den-O is now Gai Kurenai aka Ultraman Orb.
