That and I cried for like 3 hours while doing paperwork earlier today, so my brain doesn't want to operate anymore. Well, a little more than that. I think I'm overstressed cuz at the height of it I was hyperventilating and so upset I couldn't feel my hands.

Wow, that's horrible! What got you that upset?

A lot of stuff going on and too many things for my brain to keep track of mostly. So that set me up to be like tense and junk and then the straw that broke the camel's back was just when one of my co-workers was giving me a hard time and making a big deal over one thing and said something kind of rude. I think my boss went to talk to them afterward cuz he heard or my other co-worker that sits next to me IMed him on our network's messaging software. They went to talk to me for a bit to calm me down afterward when I was freaking out in the breakroom. I wasn't really all *that* upset emotionally, but my mind and body just got kind of overwhelmed and proceeded into a panic attack and I didn't have any control anymore. I got better after awhile, but my limbs are a little weird. My left arm's like normal now but this morning it was a little numb. My feet and toes are a little eh, and my right hand feels like it got arthritis or something cuz the joints are kind of weird in it and hurt when I move them around a little. They're fine though when they're in the typing position. Just not when I'm holding things or like have them straight.
