So..gas going from $3.59 to $4.00 sucked. I had to get $20 from my dad to get gas today, so now I have half a tank, I was nearly on empty... They're only letting you by $30 max around here where places are running out. It's supposed to be $5.00 by this evening here. v___v'

Guess if I don't get a job, it'll be school bus in the morning, then walking 20 miles at 1:30. ^_v Bright side, I'll get that exercise in I wanted from not being able to drive to the tracks. XD

I think the worst I've seen is $3.79 where I lived. But then again...I haven't driven in forever.

The usual for gas around here is $3.64, but I keep hearing that it's going to go up big time because of the hurricane causing a supply shortage for a while.

How close are you to the hurricane again? The other colleges in Texas (or our main rivals, A&M and Tech) got the day off. But that just shows how seriously we take our education. XD

I don't think we're too close to it, since a lot of people are actually evacuating to here. I'm finding the media people to be ridiculous though, one reporter was in Galveston, standing on the sea wall, as the water is thrashing behind him, it takes one massive wave rushing over him to make the guy come to his senses and get out of there.

You either take your education very seriously, or the people running the place are just stupid, in which case, it defeats the purpose of schoo. Yay!

Yeah it's supposed to take down some oil thing or something in Texas. It hasn't even been hit yet, & the price went up. XD Guess they are preparing. Idk.
