Tell them to sleep till they can't sleep anymore. I have problems with that too.

I usually pass out for like a day and half.

It might be chronic sleep deprivation.

Stab them in the knee with a knife to get their mind off of it. ^^

J/k Idk. XD Go to doctor & get some strong medicine. I had some real bad ones for about 3 days, then I took 1 pill I got at the doctor & it went away. Never used the pills again for a year, then flushed them.
