I swear, every single day for the past month I've heard about some new movie remake or silver-screen sitcom adaptation. It's gotten to the point where I actually log onto the internet every day and think, "I wonder what's getting remade today?" It also bothers me that all of these remakes strive to be even more "realistic" than the last.
