Whew boy, it's like the end of the world out there with all this snow. God I hope my school ends up being closed today (first day!) cause there is no way I can make it.

We got some snow too but all it seems to have done is wet the road some.

Yeeeeaah school was canceled today, yay. The snow we've been getting is pretty intense, already up to about four inches of snow. Have spent most of the morning watching news reports. I had a fun time watching our local idiot reporter hang out on a street corner with a bullhorn yelling "Are you crazy?! You should be at home! Go home! We don't know how to drive in the snow, half an inch is what we used to consider a snow storm!" ...at the top of his lungs.

Haha, well the dude was actually out there with the bullhorn yelling all that. It was our local morning show and he's like...the local flavor guy that's quirky. It's was all sorts of hilarious, especially when he said "Alright, here's a list of school and work closings . . . they're probably all closed!"

Yeeeeah it was. He just had this really hysterical tone of voice yelling that stuff, and it just seemed like the end of the world because it was dark and the sky seemed purple thanks to the snow. I loved it.
