Rider Race: who would win

okay, so as we all know, Kamen Riders earn the latter half of their names from their Rider Machines, so, if you were to get a bunch of Riders together for a race, being only able to just their bike(that means no clock up or Faiz Accel) and any potential modifications/powers of said bikes who would win? for me, it'd be Accel, potentially the fastest rider ever.

note that I picked a lot of these riders at random

the most they can use is bike attachments. using the NEW DenLiner would be considered cheating. although, the AccelGunner is actually faster than HardBoilder Start Dash Mode, if you look at stats on the site. in fact, even Accel Bike Form is faster than the HardBoilder at its fastest, topping at 920 KPH compared to Start Dash Mode's 870 KPH

I don't care about the stats and that stuff, Start Dash still wins for me..
