Rider 2's first appearance

In ep 14 of Kamen Rider, was there an explaination on how Ichimonji knew the whereabouts of Tachibana and Taki after he saved both of them from the cactus monster? (he just entered the dark room while the rest of the good guys were waiting to attack him)

Anyone able to tell me what happened to Rider 2 in the next episode (I'm missing ep 15)? It seems that

I've got vol.1 on R2 DVD. Its good stuff, even if I can't speak Japanese :sweat:

The implication is that Ichimonji already knew about Tachibana, Taki & the gang thanks to Hongô, who at some point saved him off-screen (some sources say it was before Shocker could turn him evil and all that jazz, some older books say he did get turned evil, but took a kick to the head from Rider 1 and reverted to good. I prefer the former explanation myself.) So I guess he just already knew where they were, in spite of the fact that they had just ditched the old Amigo bar and gone full-time as the Tachibana Racing Club.
