Review: Trans Armour Kamen Rider Figures

Kamen Rider Taiga Review. This is my very first review of an Armour Trans figure so be nice.

Taiga comes with:
Taiga figure
Chest Armour
Wrist Armour
Shoulder Armour
Mask
Belt Buckle
Desto Visor
Taiga Claws
3 Advent Cards

The good things about this figure are:
Has very good detail and weapons.
weapons are a very good size.
very poseable.
all the armour stays on.
very durable.
You can put the advent cards in Desto Visor.
It has 3 Advent Cards which are Taiga's Final vent, Sword Vent, and Freeze vent.

The bad things about this figure are"
The face does not look like the actor that played Taiga.
Taiga's wrist armour has to be taken off to put on his claws and you attache his claws like the wrist armour which is ver hard to put on.
Once you put his claws on they are very hard to keep on.
The chest armour is diffcult to put on because the piece that the shoulder armour goes on to gets blocked by the figure's arm when putting it on.
If you want to move the arms sideways or up the shoulder armour gets in the way.

I give this figure (From 1-10) an 8 from the rest of the armour trans I have. This figure is very durable and has very good detail which from some of the Ryuki armour trans figures you won't see. If you have any questions let me know.

Well I've been sold. I'm buying some Souchaku Henshin figures. Think I might start off with the Classic Lines first though cos they are dirt cheap on E-Bay now. And for a bonus, I am buying Souchaku Henshin Kuuga Titan Form. His body is like translucent Purple....WTF?!

The chest armour is diffcult to put on because the piece that the shoulder armour goes on to gets blocked by the figure's arm when putting it on.

Did you try raising Tiger's arms before you put on the chest armor? I find it's much easier to equip the chestplate if you have the arms either straight out in front or pointing diagonally up.

Ah, that particular set doesn't come with a real body per se, it's more like a mannequin that can hold the armor while you have another set on the "main body."

I just got Alternative and the Femme/Ryuuga two-pack. I still have yet to pick up the SHs of Knight, Zolda, and Tiger, but I now have all of the riders from Ryuuki-- I have all of the Rider & Monster sets. :anime:

Souchaku Henshin Review by Rider Knight

After paying a great price for this figure and EXTREMELY fast shipping from Hong Kong to the UK, I can easily recommend this ebay seller with many thumbs up. :thumbs: On with the review!

First, the box. The packaging for this figure I think is REALLY nice. Also, the shipping packaging consisted of a well taped box and a layer of bubble wrap taped around the box of the actual toy. In the window of the figure you can see the purple figure and all armour pieces.

Everything out of the box -

Okay, here's the crappy purple figure that comes with the armour. The sole purpose of this figure is to just wear the armour while the Godai figure wears a different form of Kuuga. However, I do love the little stand it comes with.

And here is the armour on the figure. Note the die-cast pieces are the Belt, Chest Armour and wrist plates. The shoulder parts and helmet are sturdy plastic as well as the sword.

This figure cost me $14 BIT with $11 shipping on E-Bay, a bargain for a figure as old as this. The main thing I like about this figure is the lovely stand it comes with and it looks PERFECT on top of my tv. However, MAJOR downfall is if you wanna see it posed, you needa buy either Kuuga Rising or Kuuga Ultimate figures to get the Godai Yuusuke figure and Rising form can go for like $40 and both are extremely rare. However, I am a completist and will be buying all Souchaku Henshin figures available cos I just LOVE the armour.
