Red X = Skull Man?

If you've ever seen Red X on Teen Titans, you notice that he
wears a Skull mask w/ a black suit. So I'm thinking... This Could
be an Homage to Ishimori's KR Prototype, Skull Man!

I dont think thats the case, the original Skullman did not looked anything like either the modern version or Red X. The modern version was done recently so I dont think they are related

somehow I doubt it. It's not as though a Skull mask on a black outfit is soooo original.

ive kinda thought the same thing (that it looks like him slightly) but i havnt thought to much into it
