Recently got back into Comics + Graphic Novels, Recomend me some?

Okay so im getting into comics again ^.^
and I want to get some next time I get paid, but I would like to plan ones to get if you see where im coming from? (Im expecting 17 comics from ebay) and yesterday I got 24 Comics (for free!, as I had vouchers at forbidden planet) okay so the comics where from end of last year time it doesnt matter, most of them seem pretty cool (didnt know what I was getting as it was the 4 comics for £1 thing, but I got Robin, Spiderman, Xmen etc)

so come on guys recomend me some comics or graphic novels! I dont really wanna be recomended Manga though guys! if your wondering what I mean by comics you can either recomend a whole collection of comics (and id start at any issue I can get my hands on) for example say 'ReD-X dude you should totally get Marvel Zombies' and Id hunt it down ^.^, or you can recomend a certain issue for example 'Web of Scarlet Spider issue 3' I would like a little description about what you recomend though if you dont mind, like why you would recomend it.

Im mostly into Marvel and Dark/Creepy/Gothic/Horror comics but from the DC world I like Batman and Robin (mostly the Robin by himself).

EDIT: Well ive sucessfuly got aload of comics been reading Robin latley though s'all good , I am ashamed to say on some of the comics ive had to settle with 'scanlations' untill I can get hold of some of them, im a good boy though I refuse to download Scott Pilgrim, those are some comics that need to be brought proper!

Freddy vs Jason vs Ash is choice. Also, any of the Army of Darkness comics from Dynamite. I recommend Hellboy, B.P.R.D., The Goon, Preacher, John Constantine: Hellblazer, Sandman Mystery Theater.

Thanks for the recomendations, gonna look some of them up before I add them just to see what there like, although some of them im ready to add straight away.

Oh this might sound like a stupid question but years ago I had a comic called HellBlazer is that John Constantine related in anyway? it was that long ago I cant rember >.< I wish my mam didnt chuck all my old ones away, as I actully got an issue of John Constantine: Hellblazer.

Definately go with Scott Pilgrim, and Im sure Keith would agree with me. Its a great story man, after hearing about it on one of the boards here, I found a short part of it in an anthology book in my school library, and it was just amazing.

Hellblazer is the same book. It's alternately called either Constantine, John Constantine: Hellblazer, or just Hellblazer. It is the same book.
