really angering problem with my keyboard

okay youre wondering why i am typing like this, right?

i am having a really serious problem with my keyboard. every time i press certain keys it keeps doing stupid things like..

everytime i press the caps lock button, this appears

everytime i press the up arrow button, this appears

and what's worse, everytime i press the @ / ' button, not only does this appear

but it keeps appearing in a different section.

and whats even more annoying is, sometimes it stops doing this, and sometimes it goes back to doing it again. and at the time of writing this, its just stopped and im worried that it might start doing this again.

so, i was wondering..

has anybody else had these problems with their keyboards too?

should i consider buying a new keyboard or is it something else?

Pop it in the dishwasher, on low, no detergent. Dry it face down on a towel.

Check the keyboard settings, and see if its set to International. That's usually the case.
