Which is the final ep that Jun no longer is Nexus?.

For some reason I just want to watch the ep right now....

Jun no longer became Nexus in episode 25. Episode 24 was the last time he fought as Nexus and Junis Red, fighting Dark Mephisto, before Ren took over in Episode 26 ...
