Question on RHD toys

I wanna get one of the Den O toys that won't cost too much. I'm thinking about getting the RHD Climax Form toy, but I have a question...are they poseable?

And while I have this thread up, its slightly off topic but I don't feel like making another thread...

How dose HLJ calculate shipping? Specifically to Canada
