Question about the Battle Fever suits

Maybe Igadevil or some other Sentai oracles can cast some light on this topic.
Watching Battle Fever J, it always seemed weird to me that Battle Cossack clearly had an egyptian theme both regarding suit and weapons.
The same goes for Battle France, who seemed more spanish-themed than french. He even got spanish background music.

Were these two characters originally planned to be Battle Egypt and Battle Spain?
Or did the writers and suit designers simply have a problem with cultural knowledge?

Makoto Jin is also more like cowboy, than cossack or other Russia-related character.
But I think he still the most awesome guy in BFJ.

Despite their naming, official books say that Battle France is meant to represent Europe and Battle Cossack is meant to represent Eurasia.

I understand the Spanish/French confusion... Am not sure about the Egypt connection at first but now that you mention it...
