Question about rotating Banners on HJU

Does anyone know how I can set it up so I can have rotating banners on the forums here?

If he means how he can do it on his own.. that would be a question for the WebWizard who's not at work today.

My apologies, I should have worded what I was trying to say better.

Basically, I wanted to ask how does Keith have rotating banners in his sig here at HJU as I'd love to try that myself in my sig here as well as looking at offering the possibility of members of my WIP having that option as well.
