How does it work if you dont set up a payment agreement with them and Paypal? Is it same as with Amiami where you have to send them the money manually before a certain date or they cancel it?

Yes. Basically like amiami.
There's also an option where you can pay directly via Payapl by logging-in to your account and clicking "Pay Now" button.

If you use the Paypal Payment Agreement, be aware that the next time you place an order with several items and some of them are available at that time, they will automatically ship them and bill your Paypal account directly.
