when we heard few years ago that bruce would do another PR seasons his contract was only extended two years. meaaning OO and JF was probably the last. but i don't remembere it quite well.

Exactly. It's 2 years with a chance to renew. So Bruce still has a chance to renew his contract (if he was given that choice.)
