Power Rangers Zeo - Zeonize!

Kivat

Some kind of Beast mode
I cannot lie...I simply wanted to make this thread to ask the question, which episode did the Zeo cannon first appear in?

But this one question would be a waste of a thread..so talk it up zeo style. :D

Whose seen it, who hasn't, your memories about it, anything Zeo.

Is it weird that I have the red battle zord...but never bought the Zeo Megazord? I dunno what I was thinking back then, the Red Battle Zord is useless on his own.

Zeo was amazing, and the opening rocked! Gold ranger kicked ass aswell. On another note, Kivat, why's ur avatar Eri?

Yea it's weird, but I feel you. It's a common kid mistake, you go for the newer thing that appeared, which seemed to be amazing on the show.

Bulk Fiction PRZ Episode 24

Thaaaaaaaaank Yooooou. :)

But dammit, I realized it wasn't the episode I need. What was the episode where they use the Zeo cannon and a really cool song is playing? lol It was the song played when the rangers where first using their Super Zeo Zords also.

lol, ummm, well. That's a really awkward question. :anime:

My greatest memories of Zeo? Well, here goes.

I was at home sick from school on the days of the premieres of the first three episodes (the one with the unabridged version of "A Zeo Beginning - part I"), but it was nice not suffering all day in school waiting to get home to see those episodes.

I thought it was cool that they had Billy be the technical advisor when he wasn't going to be a ranger anymore. It gave me something to look forward to when he mentioned that he could assume the Zeo power if there was an emergency. I thought that meant he could substitute for a ranger if they couldn't use their powers for some reason or the other, but that never happened.

The episode "Challenges" premiered on my 17th birthday. :) At first I was disappointed that Tommy had a long lost brother (why exactly, I don't know), but then "Found and Lost" made things okay.

Speaking of that cliffhanger, I remember how all summer that year, I was wondering just would could happen after all of that. Also, even though I wasn't in the know about Sentai at the time, I saw screen shots of a PRZ video game in the July 1996 issue of Nintendo Power magazine and one of them showed a Gold Ranger. I guess I should have figured that Zeo would have a sixth ranger, and I thought it would probably be Billy, but it ended up being Jason. Then I went to a Toys R Us and saw what I'd be to expect in the second half of Zeo. The Gold Ranger, Pyramidas, Warrior Wheel, Auric the Conqueror, and the Super Zeo Zords.

The Gold Ranger, like many other people perhaps, had me thinking that the Gold Ranger would turn out to be Billy. It turned out to be Jason, but I got home too late from school to see the whole episode where Jason takes over. Though actually, I thought the person to whom Tommy was referring when he said he knew someone who could handle the Gold Ranger powers was his brother David. He did end up finding out who the Zeo Rangers were after all. Then I was surprised when they actually defeated King Mondo, and I didn't care for Louie Kaboom all that much. So I was glad when he got killed off.

"Rangers of Two Worlds" was a cool team-up, even though the end had me disappointed. Though didn't it occur to Cestria that when she came by with water from Aquitar Falls that she could have had Billy take more than just a sip from the bottle? Why not have him drink the ENTIRE bottle? Oh yeah, because they were going to write Billy out somehow, and they had to have him go to Aquitar and live there.

"Good as Gold" was epic. Zedd and Rita meeting up with Mondo and Machina, the Cogs vs. Tengas fight, and then Zedd and Rita show the machine crew what for in the end. It's too bad they ended up not featuring more of Rita and Zedd in Turbo though, which was originally planned if I remember correctly.

My favorite supporting character from Zeo was Raymond. He seemed like a pretty cool guy, and I remember thinking that it would be cool if he could become a ranger someday.
