Power Rangers Samurai Toy thread - "Go Go Samurai!"

We need to find some Phillipine member(s) who might be willing to "Middleman" the Asian Samurai Toys.

I'm interested if they get the Shinkenoh or the BOA version because I don't want to wait for the HK version since the bootlegs are no where to be seen of it . I would buy one for a reasonable 50-60 dollars, including shipping if used unless there is a store online that sells the Asian versions.

I'm not a huge follower of Power Rangers, so sorry if it's already been discussed, but it seems Samurai is definitely going to last through-out 2012, with Goseiger not starting until 2013. That means they're going to need more toys to release next year, and with the shodophones already showing up in certain countries, I think it's pretty likely we'll see them in the US/Europe as well.

Perhaps they'll try giving the more expensive morphers/mecha's a chance, to see if they can sell well with a series that's a bit more popular.. Or they may just pad out next year with more made up crap.

That would be awesome. It would save me the shipping costs if the Shinkenoh was released as a collector's edition and if succeeding series did so too. Now if they released SOC versions of the MMPR megazords in full diecast metal and articulation like the custom Masterpiece megazord but with elements of the Zyu2 Megazord design A.

Will the spider really be an in show origami/folding zord? Doubt it. Unless it's just a random prop for a weapon or something. Would they go through the extra work for a CGI zord? I don't think we've even had an American zord, only american rangers.

Toy stores in the Philippines now have the PR Samurai DX Fire Smasher (repackaged DX Rekka Daizantou), but I doubt anyone's gonna pick it up due to its US$89 sticker price.

Well, thank God for having the Shinkenger repacks.
Now all I need are the Shodophone, the Spear and Bow set, the Rekka Daizantou and maybe in the future the Fish Sword and the Gold Buckle Set and I am completely done with Shinkenger. Thanks Bandai Asia.
