Maybe nothing. Maybe everything. This raises a few questions though such as - Will future PR seasons be UK exclusive?

Why would they be UK exclusive? It's a huge seller in America still so no reason to bar it from here

I doubt they would bar it from the US? But we could end up getting it much later or something to that effect. Granted, these are all what if type scenarios, but if the UK's taking over production they might want to change the show to accomodate.

Jetix Europe = 38 countries, not just the UK. It's not even based in the UK.
And none of the other Jetix Europe series, like Pucca or Monster Buster Club (or their two new ones, Jimmy Two Shoes and Kid vs. Kat), are made or set in Britain, what makes you think PR would relocate both production and setting?
