Because of creative differences, maybe Jackie wanted to use Sentai based storylines and the new EP didn't.

HenshinRenegade · Dec 16, 2008

The new EP wants to be more orginal. Hence the Venjix Computer Network and the season being set in the future. Maybe Jackie wanted to translate Go-Onger. Which would have been total balls.

Doubtful. I don't think Jackie has down syndrome and would want to adapt Go-Onger's storylines.

Like the majority said, it all has to do with creative differences. I doubt the content of the series made Jackie leave.
