I have read your topic, and while you certainly have a lot of good ideas, there's no reason tackling it yourself wouldn't be better, because you state it's your own interpretation, which means you have the best grasp on it anyway. I'm sorry for disappointing you, but I'd prefer to stick to my own projects where I remain in creative control and can easily write to a scheme best befitting my interests and time. On that note, the best way for you to get responses, since you ask why there's a lack of them, would be to actually get the story started and not just post rough ideas and outlines as they come to you.
