Pokemon - Heart Gold & Soul Silver

Hearing about Heart Gold and Soul Silver reminds me of the good ol' days.........

The first actual Pokemon game I ever played was Gold. One thing funny about those times were when me, my lil' bro and cousin-sis all owned Gold, with each of us taking one of the three starters. I had Cyndaquil, my bro had Chikorita and my cousin-sis had Totodile. It was quite funny that we each took one of the starters, plus we were dubbed "the Gold Trio" because of that. Sadly, times passed and my bro and cousin-sis have, as they claim, "outgrown" Pokemon, with me stayin' as a true-blue fan all the way. So no Gold Trio this time, just me. Anyway, I'm so definitely gonna get Heart Gold with Cyndaquil as my starter.

Silver is my favorite pokemon game, and the last one I ever played since diamond.
Being able to plow through Johto and Kanto had me feeling like I actually was the pokemon champion.
AND FINALLY I CAN GET LUGIA AGAIN!

Yea, I also got Silver (then Gold), so its gonna be awesome to play with Totodile. Man, this is so nostalgic. ^_^

I love Johto. The great thing was visiting Kanto to see how everyone is doing in there over the years. And I still have bad memories of accidentally killing that Red Gyarados. XD

When I played Gold (I never played Silver), I was the typical noob, alway catching whatever pokemon I felt like catching for the sake of it with no strategy at all. Atleast I can make amends for that fiasco and catch pokemon that I want and need.

I've played Diamond, didnt really had fun with it :/ felt like work to me. havent played pearl or platinum, probably will down the road.
