I live near Philadelphia, and it's very sad to say that since Mayor Street was elected, not a moment has passed there without something like this happening. I just hope Michael Nutter (new mayor) will be able to clean up his mess.

I have to be honest, I was actually thinking about doing this, myself. Since this sort of thing happens on a regular basis here in Philadelphia, we've all become pretty desensitized to it.
