PGSM - Best Singing Voice?

For those of you who have heard the PGSM Character Singles, who do you think had the best voice?

Personally, I'd go with Sailor Mercury, particularly after hearing 'Mi Amor' again, regardless of what I think of any of their looks.

That said, Sailor Mars and Mio Kuroki (name misspelled above, will try to edit) also have some pretty serious chops, IMO, and none of them suck. =)

EDIT: Okay, can't fix it. Anyway, Mio Kuroki (Kaneko is the last name of someone I know IRL, I had a brain fart).

Kitagawa Keiko! wow, i had the album, but only listened to the opening theme.. then i watched that one ep where mars got the powers, and wow, the song was just so catchy
