It never fails to amuse me when I see adults mocking a dead man. Don't they remember the 80's? When they were eating up every album and music video released by Michael Jackson. Just cuz' a guy is accused of something you frown upon doesn't make his body of work suck.

Stop ignoring what he's trying to say. There are bigger things going on in the world right now. Yeah, he should be recognized for his achievements and impact on our culture. But the never ending, constant 'coverage' on his death is an utter waste. Colbert made the same point, who's gonna hold him down while I shoot him?

What he's trying to say is a moot argument. One of the biggest celebrities of our time--of ALL time--died. That doesn't happen every day, so of course they're gonna focus on him. It's nothing new for a news stations to drop everything to focus on a celebrity's death, so complaining about it now is pointless. They are in the business of entertainment, after all, so this probably won't change anytime soon.

Besides, I'm sure after the memorial tomorrow, things will start to go back to normal.
