and there i saw a video about hacked ooo toy driver, so apparently.....ooo can use all the rider's power, including decade and w's??? wtf?

Most of the people here already know about it. And no, those medals were made for shits and giggles. They're not related to Decade in the show.

It's like some of the candy Gaia Memories where those of previous Riders. Like Den-O, Decade and Blade.
