It's decreased to more like...40% I'd say. From the Fall 2010 season alone, I'd say about 7 of the 31 new shows are moe or ecchi-centric

I think people think "moe" turned into "has a woman in it" or something.

back in the day say around the late 80's to mid 90's the moe and ecchi were new sort of manga/anime ideas to hook new fans to begin with as with most things it failed betweem the 88 and the crash of 94 anime in general was not doing well cause of the poor bubble bursting in the nation
and g Gundam may not have been the first gundam to fail so bad in the ratings it was the 1st real mecha to do so since Ideon so people were saying the anime was going to die then Eva saved it in the same year the first manga of Akamatsu Ken was released and Moe and Ecchi became main stream form of the art

If the show focus's on tits, ass, and girls showing both off... Yeah...

I don't mind that as long as I find atleast 1 character I like or the plot's alright it's harem anime/manga I depise... unless it uses the Tenchi Solution.

You're thinking of Tenchi Muyo GxP. At the end of that, Seina ends up married to all 4 main women, plus 4 additional women, who were minor characters until the end. On top of that, he also ends up with a super robot. Now that's how you end one of those shows.

According to tv tropes Tenchi's creator stated in an interview after the series that he "eventually" marries all of them but IDK if that's true.

I've never heard of that. I think someone must have gotten it confused with GxP, since that's exactly how it ends.
