Well....on the board, you can log off....here at work, we can't go anywhere.
Also...chatting on a board is a lot less annoying than talking to morons on the phone.....smartass

What do you talk to them about? Console warranties or game tips?
Wow...this is so TOTALLY off topic of a hot girl's adventures in Japan, but I provide tech support for the systems....and also give bad news if a system needs to be repaired or replaced. The number I'm on, we don't have any gameplay info.

Well I can pull this all back together ;)

I:m an internet technician at college. So I just sit and wait for people to call me with their computer or internet problems ;P Some people... I wish you could strangle people over the phone. hahah

here:s another story from Japan...

:P The other day for our camp we were with these teachers who wanted
to have things their way, and they made all of us (counselors,
teachers, and young children) go hiking on this mountain. Our
director assured us that it would be fine and not difficult, but it
was the most difficult hike most of us have ever taken. We felt it
was very dangerous for the children. The view at the top of the
mountain was amazing, but poor Brittney slipped while climbing and
gashed her arm on a rock. She had to go to the hospital and get
stiches... it was $200 and more because she had to get medicine with
it and everyday she has to go back and get her dressings changed and
they charge her about $12 each time they do it. One of the children
climbing the mountain had a pacemaker! She was so young! And they
still made her climb ;P So dangerous. We were all pissed at those
teachers, and our Japanese counselors were too, and kept telling us
"This is not Japanese culture, don:t think this is Japanese culture".
The rest of that camp was really fun though. We did some tiedying and
made paper, and ate noodles out of a bamboo trough. We also played
some disc golf with the campers! We:ve finished that camp and are
resting at Global Arena again. It:s a really nice facility.

One of the girls with us on the trip was engaged at the beginning, but
during our stay here, her fiance called off the engagement ;( she:s
been very upset and keeps finding out more and more of what he:s been
doing. I feel really bad for her but I don:t know what to do for her.

But I:m still having a good time and am very short on cash! xoxo hope you guys are having fun!

That was so f****d up to hear what happened to Brittney and what could have happen to the child with the pacemaker. I wonder if those teachers get repremanded for that?

No, they didn:t sadly >;I I don:t think they even felt guilty. I heard the guy saying in Japanese to Brittney, "Oh you:re fine your fine" and they didn:t offer to help her pay for it or anything. I don:t know if they even apologized to her. THey probably thought we were just lazy, clumsey Americans or something. ;P oh well... the rest of the time we had with all of them went fine. Some of the younger girls need to discover deoderant.. but that:s about it.
