Nintendo on the Cover of FORTUNE!

I never called into question how many games you've played Garren. You questioned Nintendo on "where the **** are the game?". I replyed that there are a ton of games out on the system. Now I'm not saying all of them are gems or even worth playing. But to say there are no games out for the system just because YOU aren't playing them is an arugment that doesn't hold much water.

Personally I only have about 4 or 5 games for my Wii system. But that has less to do w/ how many games have been relesed for the system, or that I want to play. And more to do w/ I just don't have the time to play the games I DO have.

I like how people try to play off the Wii's success like it's no big deal. That some how Nintendo has secretly failed entirely just because they couldn't please that one late teens male that fervently seeks tits and guts in his games at a non-stop pace. Just because you aren't playing your Wii games doesn't mean that other people out ther aren't playing theirs.

The fact of the matter is, Nintendo has proven everyone wrong and now has the top selling system month to month and a twenty seven percent market share. I personally have yet to even *see* a Nintendo Wii in my local area. Every place is sold out, and has been pretty much been sold out ever since the system was released. That's how well these things are selling.

The games will come in time. The system hasn't even been out for a year yet, and with the Wii big success developers are scrambling to get onto the Wii bandwagon. It's important to remember though, that Nintendo isn't going for the 18-24 year old frat boy (HALO is dah best durrrr) crowd, they are going to everyone else. The little kids and their moms and dads, the people that don't usually play games.
