Great game between the 49ers/Packers. I thought we had the game as we were up the whole way. But that punt return TD was a game-changer. I still think there was a block on the back though. Oh well. Navorro Bowman intercepted Rodgers and then Gore ran it in for a TD. Man I love this team! The running game is there. The passing game has improved and our run defense continues to be a brick wall.

In other games, RG3 was the only rookie who won and had a great game. Very impressive. Peyton Manning looked like the Peyton of old except he's wearing a different uniform now. The Jets were embarrassing in the preseason but turned it up against the Bills. That's a way to make an impression.

The Broncos/Steelers game was awesome. Peyton was a beast.

Totally agree. I think Peyton is going to take the Broncos to the win the division title. But I wouldn't put them as a Super Bowl contender just yet. Got to see how the rest of the season plays out. It was impressive though. Can't believe the Chargers had trouble putting out the Raiders. Lol...

I am loving this 49ers team! The defense continues to look beastly by not allowing big plays and they make you work hard to earn your points. The offense is clicking too and Crabtree was clutch with those 3rd down catches. Alex Smith played with a bloody nose and was still able to fire passes away. I don't care if he doesn't throw for 500 yards (Eli) or even 400. He doesn't need to and as long as he plays like how he is playing (2 TDs and 200 yards per game with less INTs), I will take that any day of the week.

The NFC West won all their games too which hardly ever happens. The Cardinals got a little lucky in their win against the Pats, the Seahawks thrashed those Cowboys and the Rams won because of ex-49er Josh Morgan's lame mistake. This division isn't looking like a pushover.

As someone who was born and raised in the Bay Area, I am glad to see that at least one of our teams isn't complete trash :redface2:

Yeah I agree. It's so refreshing to see the Bay Area teams do well in sports for once. The 49ers are back on top, the Giants are leading their division in Baseball, the A's are on a Wildcard race. The San Jose Sharks did well last season. Only the Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors have much to catch up on. Can't wait for them to climb back up too.

Good thing that I didn't see the 49ers/Vikings game due to work. I dont want to watch what happened or want to see much of the highlights. I'm disappointed to hear about how the team played. The offense was not clicking, Alex barely cracked 200 yards again, he threw an INT, got sacked and fumbled and the defense couldn't stop the Vikings. Horrible. At least Kyle Williams showed up. Can't believe the defense couldn't sack Ponder either. I can see us falling off the Top 5 for the Power Rankings this week. I think I lost all my Fantasy Football games this weekend too. Had Torrey Smith on my team but I benched him because I thought he wasn't going to play. Darn it. Can't believe the Cardinals are 3-0 right now.

Crazy finish to the Packers/Seahawks MNF game. The ending was just bullshit. The Packers got robbed Manny Pacquiao style. Lol...Jennings clearly caught the ball and had position of it. Tate just tried to hold onto him as if there was gonna be a jump ball like in the NBA. It will work in the NBA. But it won't work in college basketball. Anyways, I think the world has had enough of the replacement refs. They have caused more harm than good. Roger Goddell has done such a good job as a Commissioner for the last few years but this has kinda turned him heel. I didn't expect him to join sides with David Stern. Because of this, the 49ers are in a contending NFC West now. Just wow.
