Ryoutaro... no, the Momotaros-possessed Ryoutaro (MRyoutaro) suddenly meets a man named Yamashiro who is running from a loan shark he stole money from. Just for the fun of it, MRyoutaro confronts and knocks out the whole group of thugs after Yamashiro. Deeply impressed, Yamashiro starts calling MRyoutaro "sempai" and asks him for help in a bank robbery as "he can do as much havoc as he wants". Then, the real Ryoutaro finds himself being chased by the police without the slightest idea of what's going on until Hana saves him. Meanwhile Yamashiro meets an Imagin and asks it "Enough money to die for"...

Freezing Alien - Guroozamu
Vicious Alien - Mephiras
In a place of darkness, three enormous silhouettes, a fourth one approaches. Desuremu, Guroozamu, Mephiras and...Yabuuru!
Jinguuji Aya visits Phoenix Nest. The world-known natural sea scientist Aya turns out to be Chairman Takenaka's granddaughter!
Aya asks Mirai out on a date. The reason is to clarify something that she had in her heart. The two went to the city and had a very happy time.
Meanwhile, the origin of the time waves seemingly responsible of calling monsters is identified and reported to HQ. Immediately GUYS prepares to go. Failing to contact Mirai, Phoenix Nest takes off. Mirai finally realizes the situation and prepares for battle, when suddenly the supposedly sealed Yabuuru appears before him!

In the mountains, Miki is attacked by Makirika, a warrior from the "Rinjuuden", a society of "Confrontation Beast Fist" experts that wants to conquer the world.
There, she meets the young savage Jan, who possesses an extraordinarily resistant body, and decides to take him with her to train him in the "Fierce Beast Fist - Beast Arts" along with Ran (GekiYellow) and Retsu (GekiBlue).

Ryoutaro, who along Yamakoshi had somehow escaped after the bank robbery, is about to receive his part of the booty, then he knows for the first time as real Ryoutaro, that Yamakoshi is a thief, and advises him to turn himself in. Yamakoshi can't help but wonder what had happened to Ryoutaro and his sudden change of heart.
Suddenly, an Imagin appears and takes Yamakoshi with him.
Seems like Yamakoshi is the Imagin's host, something must be done!
Along with Hana, Ryoutaro starts moving but with a determination we haven't seen before, what could it be...?
*The original japanese title is "Oni wa soto, ore wa maji" (The Demons go outside, I Am Serious!) a play in the original setsubun phrase "Oni wa soto, Fuku wa uchi" (The Demons go outside, The Fortune comes inside).

The ground cracked open and took Mirai, Aya and Hirukawa into an unknown place. After a while they realize that they're in the destroyed city ruins.
When Hirukawa, trying to save just himself, started to walk, yet again that black robed man appeared, Yabuuru.
Yabuuru gives Hirukawa a gun and tells him "Shoot Mirai and I'll save your life".
By showing Mirai how easily Hirukawa shoots him, Yabuuru plans to make him lose faith in humanity.
Meanwhile, Phoenix Nest's engine suddenly stops and has to land on the moon, in which they find an enormous stone pillar. Could this pillar be the cause of the malfunction?
Marina starts to hear a mysterious voice telling her how to destroy the pillar. The voice is none other than Seiji Hokuto! Ultraman Ace!

Waki-waki! Beast Fist Gattai!
Sha-Fu, through the Gekiwaza "Bai Bai Bunshin Ken" or "Times Times Clone Fist" created a giant version of himself and blew Giant Makirika away. Having seen this, Ran and Retsu ask Sha-Fu to teach them the Gekiwaza. Sha-Fu responds saying that the way to obtain it is to first teach Jan the Beast Arts. The two reluctantly start the training, but Jan, bored with the basic training, runs away taking the GekiNunchakus with him.

Ryoutaro gets involved in a truck accident and loses consciousness. Then he is possessed by an Imagin that is not Momotaros, who senses the intrusion from the Den Liner and immediately concentrates on "getting him out no matter what".
At that time Ryoutaro, with some minor injuries, becomes the nursing staff's idol at the hospital. Of course it was the Imagin's personality in display. With sweet words, unthinkable to come from Ryoutaro, he was charming the nurses.
The two Imagin confront through Ryoutaro's body. Meanwhile, another Imagin closes the contract with a young soccer player...

Phoenix Nest, with all the GUYS troopers on board, leaves the moon, but is attacked near landing and apparently explodes before Mirai's eyes. According to the reports Jooji is the only survivor.
However Mirai doesn't believe his comrades dead. When Jooji is asked the truth, he says that all the GUYS crew is being held hostage by one of the Four Sky Kings: Desuremu.
If Mebius aknowledges absolute defeat on Earth, the hostages will be released.
Desuremu appears in the city. Mirai transforms into Mebius and confronts him but his comrades being held hostage stop him from fighting.
The people know about the GUYS crew being held and start criticizing both Mebius and GUYS.
When asked to choose between his comrades and the people, Mirai starts to doubt about the humans because of their anger with the fact that the GUYS crew had survived.
Then, Gou Hideki, Ultraman Jack appears before Mirai.
